No Surround View & Guidelines?

Hey guys, 2023 Ram 2500 PW Level 2 with 12.1 Uconnect.
Some time this week, my surround view camera screen went black and front & rear guidelines disappeared.


However, every single camera on the truck still functions individually. None of them have damage or are dirty. Tried slamming the tailgate a couple times (someone on reddit said it fixed their back up camera being black), to no avail.
Tried restarting Uconnect (holding power & tuner button together).

I've seen this issue posted on reddit a couple times but no where does anyone say what they did to solve it.

Any suggestions besides taking into dealer? Next thought is to try disconnecting the battery for a few hours tomorrow when I'm at the shop.

for s/g's, did you make sure the lines are enabled in settings? If not, if you have Alfaobd you can check if the module has codes....And try looking at the settings:

LIN Module Customer Programmable Features:
Rear View Camera Dynamic Grid Lines Enabled: Set

Vehicle Config Customer Settings Menu 1:
Rear view camera gridlines customer settings menu: Dynamic

But as you mentioned, see if disconnecting batteries will do it. But give the BCM some time to reconfigure. I read another thread where they replaced "Tailgate Harness/Jumper and powerlock/camera cables"

Thanks for all the info. I did check the settings. Everything is turned on its just not functioning like it should.
I don't have Alfaobd, but I wonder if it's something my shops Matco Maximus 4.0 could see if there's any fault codes.
If I don't see anything on scanner then I'll try battery disconnect and see where it gets me.

My first guess would be to run an alignment on the surround view system, but you need AlfaOBD for that.
