2019 ram 2500 Cummins diesel go to get in truck push button to start grid heater comes on moves to start mode loud pop all lights go out no start. Try again same thing. Towed to dealer in line to work on. If inside truck sounds like coming from glove box outside from firewall. Earlier in the week memory seats quit rapid heat in cab as well. What gives?
 
No checked that tried to even put battery booster on it to see if that would help no joy
 
Sounds like it's tripping the on-battery circuit breaker.
 
I believe you are on the right track Brutal_HO still waiting trucks turn in line at dealership
 
Maybe a high current draw/short in the cabin heaters? Stuck heater relay(s)? You'd think they're fuse(s) would pop.
 
Sounds just like my 2017 did when one battery died at 2 years of age and 40k miles. On my 2020 I replaced the batteries with AGM batteries at two years . They don't use the highest quality batteries in new trucks.

Maybe the new trucks are different, but my 04.5 batteries lasted 13 years.
 
Truck made it into shop late Friday afternoon hope to hear something Monday afternoon
 
Truck lost entire memory had to reprogram said one battery weak replaced it. Thanks for all responses

Mine only made it 2.5 years in my 2019. Hopefully the 2022 will do better, back to normal driving habits after 2 years of covid work from home garbage.
 
Maybe not going anywhere hurt it but at least it’s back. I have a 2011 5240 Kubota tractor factory battery lasted 9 years minimal usage except winter
