2010 3500 Laramie
Replaced batteries and aftermarket Android radio has no sound, worked fine for a year. I was told to try and reset the Alpine system by disconnecting the batteries. Another suggestion was to just pull the IOD 60 amp fuse, "it would be easier." I did the fuse pull. Now I have a NO FUSE message on the EVIC, no radio power, no remote start, no lock/unlock, no interior lights. Truck will start and run, all lights work. Am I supposed to disconnect the batteries, now, and leave the + and - hooked together to drain any capacitors to see if this will fix what happened?
