Night edition gone for Laramie?

That sucks. I was planning on ordering a 1500 with the 3.0, but was thinking of changing and going ahead and ordering a 3/4 ton. I even wanted the tow mirrors on the 3.0. Dealer quote did not mention a shortage on the mirrors, and my quote has them listed. This was as of 11/26. Haven’t pulled the trigger yet, trying to finalIze what I’m wanting. But am leaning towards a Cummins, but night edition is a must. Wife’s Laramie has it and hers is slick.

Unfortunately for information you might have better luck shaking the Magic 8 Ball. I ordered my 19 in late 18 and they said night package was good to go and then the rug was pulled out. Needed a truck before winter so took a Laramie sport. It sucks, and that was before it all hit the proverbial fan.

To clarify, it's the power folding tow mirrors that are scarce.
As others mentioned, the sport package is pretty good compromise if you dont want to wait. There is still some chrome, but significantly less than a regular Laramie. But you dont get the blacked out badges or smoked headlights and taillights. You could then just source the NE wheels which arent hard to find as takeoffs.

I’ll just hold out for night edition.

Or buy whatever you can now, then buy a night when its available again. These issues aren't going away anytime soon, so used values will continue to be nuts.

I'm buying a Longhorn this time around and selling my 21 Laramie night for a modest profit. I'll go back to a laramie night the next time around, which could be a spring order for another 22 before they close the ordering again like this summer.

As of Friday 12/3 Mark Dodge said Power Fold mirrors, Blind Spot and Night Edition only available on Limited and Limited Longhorn.

Ordered a Limited

Confirmed with Renae at MD night edition is available only on big horn and limited. I can live without leather, but want power steps, and can’t order from factory that way. I’m looking at 76k on build and price for a decked big horn with level b, night, safety, bed group, tech package w/Cummins vs 85k with the limited. Leather seats and power steps are for sure the difference, plus projector LED vs reflector. I know interior is nicer on limited, but what else could be the difference? I’m almost leaning toward big horn and installing steps after the fact. Here are the builds to compare. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you sure you can get level b?

Well, I’m not sure on that. I just confirmed about night edition. Sheesh, guess I just need to call her.

I wouldn't rely on the ram build tool website for what is included in packages either. Lots of changes are not reflected.

Level B has been replaced by Level C...$100 cheaper and no power fold mirrorsScreenshot_20211206-165843_Office.jpg

It was never removed from Laramie. I could always pick it as an option. Which is why I was asking.

I’m in the market as well and my local dealer in Ohio informed me the allocation is opening up this week to order Laramie Night Editio . Now if they will only honor my fca affiliates control number…

Spoke with Renae for 30 mins. 360 Surround camera and obviously leather is not in bailable on the big horn. 360 is not available right now due to the power mirrors. Tech package is gone from big horn. That’s really a dealbreaker for me, so I guess I’m going to step up to a limited. Got me a new quote worked up. She told me they have literally no idea when night edition will be available on Laramie. The difference between the Big Horn and the Limited is about $9000, which I know the limited has a nicer interior, power steps, leather seats, heated and cooled seats, power mirrors, and the 360 view camera. Not sure what else Is the difference, but I think it’s worth spending the extra money to get what I want.

MD told me they had no clue when night edition would be available for Laramie.
