We purchased a 2019 Ram 3500 HD Laramie Cummins Crew Cab to replace the 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie Limited Cummins MegaCab that I totalled in June of this year. We live in Northern Ontario and tow a 43' Jayco North Point when we travel. I breed German Shepherds and loved my MegaCab but was unable to find one in my area to replace it so ended up with the Crew Cab Short Box. We've owned a Diesel Ram 2500 since 1993 and we both love them. I do have a question... went for a short haul to Southern Ontario last week and discovered that the Navigation will not accept any address input even though it shows me where I currently am driving. Dealer says that this is normal. What's the purpose of having Navigation without being able to input a destination to be guided toward? Hate having to depend upon the Smart Phone and my other half refuses to get a smart phone. Unit was built in February 2019. Anyone have any ideas?
