New power wagon sliders

Man that looks nice and by that picture, very functional. I wanted to put something like those on my power wagon, but had to compromise for a lower factory bar for my short wife to be able to get in the truck.

I figured you had some relation since your truck got the prototype.

I already have WK sliders, but it's good to have another US source. What's the weight on those and did they set a price?
I think they came in just over 100lbs. Price is set at 2500 with free shipping. They are offering $250 off with code tm039

Maybe its the pictures but they don't look nearly as robust as either White Knuckle or Maple Offroad sliders. Mainly at their connection points/lack of brackets that wrap around the frame. Maybe I'm not seeing correctly? White Knuckle also lists each of their sliders at 125 lbs for their heavier duty offering.

Probably a hell of a lot easier to install if they just cup the bottom of the frame rail. The driver's side WK was a challenge just because of how much stuff is in the way. The gussets look they would add strength. No idea which would be stronger, but I wonder if both are well within the operating range most drivers will need off road.

$2500 is pretty steep, though. WK is $1890 for the Power Wagon if you get the heavier ones, powder coat, and full top plate. I got mine with the lighter tubes, just the rear top plate, had them powder coated locally, and used their Black Friday code for 15% off. I was at roughly $1500 after powder coating all in, did the install myself with my son.

Maybe OP will take his off the high dive and we can compare toughness. :D

They held up on a Mega Cab called Megalander that was well over 10,000 pounds with zero issues. Out testing I dropped my PW on everything I could find, and even enough to support all the weight of the truck with the wheels at full droop with no issues. These are tied into the both crossmembers of the truck and pocket fit into the front mount. These are plenty strong for a truck this size. I get it, they are new and don’t mount like the competitors so there will be people picking them a part. They work and work well, they have the strength and a much cleaner foot plate design in my opinion. One last thing, these are built byTntcustoms that has been around much longer than the competitors and are known for their quality work. There are a bunch of orders in so time will tell.

I could swear when I went to order a set it was 2800 shipped.

$1890 before shipping is the most expensive option for Power Wagons. Megacab diesel is $2020. I just played around on their website and verified. Shipping is pricey, but I don't think it's $1k-ish. I just went back and checked, and it was $400 to my house, so I underestimated my all in cost. USD 1,649.50 was my total order from WK, then $240 to have them powder coated locally.

We are roughly 107 per side but we don’t have all the hardware and sandwich hardware so that’s saves some weight. So far in testing there has been no issues, you don’t have to slide them or adjust them to fit, they fit right the first time and once they are bolted in there is no way for them to move.
