Hello, I’ve joined this forum to listen, learn and share information about our mutual love of a great machine. I bought my 2018 Ram 2500 6.4 last year with 43,000 miles on the clock. The sole previous owner used it to tug around a fifth wheel camper occasionally. Shortly after purchasing it the transmission wouldn’t shift past 3rd gear. It sat on a lift at the dealership for no less than 153 days waiting on a new replacement transmission from Chrysler. During that time I was given all kinds of nifty new things to drive. Great, but I just wanted my rig back. Got it back and it’s been a beast since the fouled up ABS valve contrapulationator which they also replaced silencing the alarms and all to common abs and traction control lights. All this was covered under the extra warranty I also purchased at the point of sale. Since it’s all like new now it’s time to start modding here and there which is why I’m here. Hope to see and hear all kinds of cool things. Here’s my tweaks so far you can see in the pics.

Nice looking truck! I had the same ABS problem with my truck, had it repaired (new Hydraulic Control Unit) and fine now. We're not the only ones that have had this issue. If you don't mind, make a complaint about this on the NHTS website, as I believe this should be a recall issue. Thanks.

Nice rig guy, sounds like that extended warranty paid off for you. Good deal. Once the gremilins get in your truck it can be a challenge to exterminate the little bastids.

I totally agree. There is to many cases of this with crazy shop bills if they’re not covered by a third party warranty.

It’s definitely paid for itself! Thanks!

Welcome @Groundhog. Nice looking truck and the new tires are still showing sticker remnants :). Looks like an ARE topper. If used, what did you spend?
