Hi all, new to the forum. Currently have a 17 Ram 1500 Laramie CC w/32,xxx miles. Retiring in April and the plan is to trade it in for a 20 or 21 Ram 3500 Laramie CC dually diesel. It will serve as my daily for a bit and next year we plan to upgrade our 31 ft travel trailer to a 20 Solitude 390rk 5th wheel.
So far this has been the best forum I’ve found for useful info, so thank you for that.

Welcome. Try to get a 21 to get away from the CP 4.

Thank you, I have read the complaints on the cp4, and the switch back to cp3. 21 would be my preference. All depends on the deal I can get with the options I want.

Trade in prices for late model low mileage trucks are insane right now.

You might consider placing an order and seeing if you can get a trade price locked in.

That’s what I have been seeing. KBB value at one dealership I looked at gave me a trade in value of 33k and change. 3k less than I paid for the truck back in 18. Fingers crossed.

Found my truck, will be picking it up next week. 21 granite crystal Laramie 3500 dually with the H.O. Can’t wait! Will post pics once she’s home.
