I’m with you, I wanted/expected mine to last long term. Mine was down from July-Nov and was return with another CP4 pump! If my new pump was a solid repair, why didn’t ram continue with it in 2021 model. Doesn’t give me a warm fuzzy feeling that the 2021 have a completely different pump just weeks later.

How many miles before your pump failed? Any odd behavior prior to the failure?

6,200 miles, nothing out of the ordinary...We got it back from the shop Saturday, and it broken on the road with my wife Sunday.

I hope your case goes better than mine, I had to buy another truck to have transportation.

FYI, if you agree to a rental with FCA reimbursement, and then your repairs drag out longer than expected. When/ If you hire an attorney they want reimburse your rental fees until the cases settles, and is closed....And that could be several months if not longer, I’ve been fighting since September 2020.
You could be stuck with several thousand in rental fees, no truck and a long wait for the legal process to play out.
