Welcome! Also from Ky here. You much you can do to improve mpg on the 6.4. Not sure what you want or expect as far a mpgs are concerned. Your tires look pretty wide. More rubber on the road is more friction for rolling resistance. Also don’t idle it too long. My 6.4 seems to drink a lot on long idles.

Also a KY boy here south of Lexington. Welcome. Wonderful folks on here.
I'm running a 6.4 Mega.....or Mega-Hemi as I like to call it.

I am on the path to help my mpg's by adding a level to get the nose up in the air and adding a set of heavy a$$ 37's that are 12.5" wide to increase that contact patch.
