New 2500 issues

Not sure about the issue with the display. Dealer says Ram/Stellantis has no fix yet. The radiator (according to the service advisor) was a manufacturing defect? The fact that a new radiator took 11 days to get tells me that either it's a widespread problem so there's a shortage of radiators, or it's rare so they don't keep many in inventory. I'm still having sporadic idle issues when I first start driving. Unfortunately, hasn't happened while I have my phone in hand to take a video. Anyone getting a transmission or differential clunk when pulling into traffic with moderate throttle?

Just joined…just picked up a 2025 2500 Big Horn. Mine is also quite dirty in the undercarriage.

I complained to the dealer and they agreed to pay for a mobile undercarriage, engine bay and exterior cleaning.

To make matters worse, it's a known issue. Dealer shared this memo to explain the problem. My response was 'if you knew about it why didn't you correct it prior to delivery'?

Some stone, pipe and drainage in storage areas and travel roads…..seems a bit more cost effective but who knows and yes I understand that would impact a budget and profits. Can anyone get pictures of the factory/storage areas?

It is ridiculous that we pay big money for vehicles that appear to be flogged already upon arrival. Isn’t part of the “newness” to see that shiny steel, all those little blue marks and every tag and label from the factory? Nope…..here’s a $90k truck that Ivan Stewart tested out for yah!
