My neighbor bought a RAM 2500 and likes it very much here in north Texas. In order to replace a 2008 Nissan Titan, I found that the RAM 1500 trucks did not have enough headroom. I contacted a local Chrysler dealer who had a 2022 RAM 2500 4x4 Laramie Hemi in his inventory mid-December. After a test drive, I bought the truck and went on a planned vacation for a week while the dealer added running boards. As I returned home from Florida, we picked up the truck and took it home. I am gradually taking some short road trips locally. The only thing that I tow (occasionally) is a single-axle utility trailer. Otherwise, it's just a crew-cab 4x4 version of a half-ton pickup. I have watched the Youtube videos of people with massive RV's who upgrade to a RAM 3500 dually, but that's way more than I need. The Sport package in all-white looks very nice.
