Need part numbers for a Night Edition grille swap

Hey all! I have a 22 Big Horn all chromed out. I want to swap the chrome grill and bumpers for white paint matched like the night edition.

Are the grille and related pieces available from mopar already painted?

Are the bumpers available from mopar painted?

Anyone already done this and have a list of part numbers needed?

I don't have any part numbers handy, but I can tell you that you will need a different RAM emblem mounting plate for the letters. I ordered a Laramie grille for my 24 and didn't realize the RAM emblem was different until I already had my stock grille out. That part was around $140. The grille I found on ebay for $289(I think). It's a reproduction piece, but it looks the same and fits the same as OEM. I'm not paying $800 for that thing from Ram.
