Need help with Digital Tow Mode Camera option

What does the tracking website show for your order date?

Included pics of the connectors on the outside for reference. Tow mode single plug on the left, surround on the right.
Looking from the underside the one photo I wrote Tow on. That is a loosely jacketed cable that comes out the back and runs towards the drivers side.
The photo with sur is looking at the other plug, that’s much beefier and is in a loom. Goes up across the top of the bumper towards the drivers side. In the last pic you can see it, lots of other bundles come together with it and it’s a big mass of cables that heads towards the front. My guess is that your mass of cables is just a little smaller. Doesn’t save them money to just put those wires in every truck.

"I understand now where you are coming from and saying. Thank you. I believe the tow mode digital rearview mirror package is what gives you that capability. Looking at the window sticker I do not see it aside from it having the digital rearview mirror within the safety group "
