my navigation shows the streets and where I'm at and all of that, but when i put a address in or where I'm wanting to go it wont give me the way to go
 
I don't remember exactly how to tell you...but if it is like my 2020 12" display you have to get to the Where To screen that allows you to change the State and then the City you are going to at the bottom of the screen and then you can put in the Street and then the house number. It is not intuitive to use.

Do you see as n ICON the screen to hat says DRIVE...click it.
