Nationwide inventory search

It's always bugged me that I can search nationwide on some sites but not on ramtrucks.com. This took a while, but I found 7 candidates on the lot that match my wants and I can contact dealers tomorrow.

These are the 28 zip codes you need to search the contiguous USA:

I was led to believe that's 1-2 months. I'm moving in about 3 weeks.

You can also do a search with autotrader or some similar sites with no restriction on distance. I never found one that way so ended up ordering, but it was faster than 28 different searches.

I found mine by using nationwide search with autotrader and car gurus. Found a deal one state over in Nebraska. Tom Dinsdale CDJR to be exact. Rodney Graham was my salesman. Very easy to work with. All staff very courteous and pleasant to deal with as well.

or you could always ask a friendly salesman.... we can search the lower 48 fairly easily

I did a nation wide search on True car. Was a bit of a pain to get to the right page, but once there, I just changed the mileage radius from the default 200 miles to nation wide. Worked just fine.

This is a good idea OP. Are you saying with those zips, you can search a 500 mile radius from each and cover the whole US?

If so, that's a great piece of info.
