My PPF and Ceramic quote, Please opine.

Well I dropped it off this morning for a paint correction, then over to the PPF shop for the full front (doghouse) and flares.
Then back to the detail shop for a 5yr Ceramic inside & out with wheels and windows.

Looks great! Hope my Rambox lids fit that well. I've heard some horror stories.

I am SOOOO happy "today" with how those box lids line up. It is winter here in KY so with sub 60 degree temps things are fine. Summer, well ... may be a different story.

There is always a horror story somewhere, I had 2 trucks with them and they were fine, ended up with a dually so unfortunately no boxes!

CHROME !!!
The ultimate solution for paint chips LOL

Please note that this is a members truck. My apologies as I can’t remember who owns it, but my ordered Laramie will be similar (Bright Silver Metallic)

I have seen a bunch of newer trucks with the lids misaligned. I think ram makes a tool to bend the latches to get them to fit right. The one pictured here looks great though.

I'm planning to install a pre-cut PPF kit on my 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie. Can someone confirm that a pre-cut PPF kit for 2019-2020 Ram 2500 would also fit a 2022 model year? I believe there's no change to the front exterior between those years aside from accents to the grill, but can't seem to final a specific answer. Thanks!

Yep its all the same

No Xpel for me, I have painted bumpers and it is just cheaper to repaint a bumper or a grill for that matter when needed. I did put a ceramic coat on my truck. I did my own paint correction and ceramic application. If you have the knowledge and a little bit of skill it will save you a fortune. So easy to wash and dry.

Personally I just did about 18 inch strip on the leading edge of the hood , roof ,fenders and pillars for $500 . Unless you spend your time following gravel trucks down the road , thousands of dollars just seems like way too much spent for the chance of a chip . Then again I am married .
