My Limited truck was built without the Trailer Reverse Guidance programmed in the BCM

Did you get your truck? I'm curious to find out if you got the Trailer Reverse Guidance view with the Limited's Towing Technology Group. I'm thinking you didn't and that picture on Ram's Build and Price is indeed misleading.
 
Ok. Case settled. They did screw up at the factory, No harm done though. They did compensate me with a 10 free oil change and tire rotation package which I transferred to my 1500 after I sold my 2500 to the dealer. Thanks for the reply back.

I just noticed on the Ram build and price that on the 2022 models trailer reverse guidance is now listed under tow tech group. Whereas on the 2021 model is still is not.

2019 Ram Heavy Duty sales brochure:

2021 sales brochure:
All of them list trailer reverse guidance included with tow technology group.
Bottom line- if the truck is equipped with surround view, trailer reverse guidance is included. If it’s not there, it was a BCM configuration error at the factory.

I understand. You were correct. It should have been flashed at the factory. I don't know why the dealer can't do it. It appears I'm not the only one this happened to. On RamforumZ there is a thread where several people had the same issue, and the same frustrating experience with the dealer and Ram Cares. At least in my particular case Ram Cares compensated me for the mistake, the others weren't so fortunate.
