Need help with wiring for SiriusXM reception. Slide in campers solar panel blocking SiriusXM reception. Navigation and FM work great. Found this double connector in the a pillar and think I need a splitter to pull off the SiriusXM side and (to install a puck on the hood )leave the FM / navigation to flow through
any thoughts or installers on the West side of Denver?

Thanks Mike

When I installed a new radio in my 2007 I put the satellite antenna puck near the windshield under the plastic dash plate. Sat signals go right through the plastic. Couldn't see it and it worked great. If I was gonna change things up in my 2020 I would do something similar. As far as the connection, I can't help you there. I haven't pulled my radio out yet. If there is a Sat antenna on the back of the radio, I would try to connect a new antenna there.

It's been sometime but I remember reading here somewhere, an owner was complaining the trucks SXM antenna had poor reception (?) so he bought an SXM magnetic mount puck antenna, and supposedly it had the same connector as the factory plug on the back of the radio. Supposedly worked good after that? You might try searching here Uconnect 8.4 SXM poor reception, cutting out etc. Also try the link below.
