Should have just cut the resonator off and ditched it.

You happen to have any sound clips? Curious how different it is than stock.

I guess I'd say it works well? I'd have to find a way to disable the noise canceling to tell the difference.

I will say with the windows down, going up hills that would typically drone on other vehicles I've had, it is still not noticeable. I don't think its a good comparison though because I feel like drone is typically a result of the closed cab acting like an echo chamber.

I did call Magnaflow at one point and they said the only reason the dual outlet exhaust system is listed as louder than the single is because it has two tailpipes. They use the same muffler and resonator between the two. To my ear and research they only seemed slightly louder than the D-fit muffler via videos online.

Just wanted to update this thread. Had about 3500lbs behind it (yeah I know - basically nothing) the other day and the noise level inside the truck didn't seem to go up at all. 3500lbs is the most I really ever tow so I have nothing else to gauge it against.

Felt I should update this thread once more.

One goal I had with this was to see if there would be any efficiency gains. I can confidently say no gains to be had

MPG has not budged either direction from before the swap. Doesn’t bother me though cause the added noise is worth it.
