I ordered my 75th AE Power Wagon in April '21 and picked it up June of '21.

Mark Dodge in LA is probably the most popular dealer on the RAM forums. You'll get a price some where around 11% off MSRP with no hassle/negotiations necessary.
There are a few more around the country. One in AZ, another in Idaho I believe.
Couple dealers post in the main forum. I think Zach from Granger is one of them.
Is there a certain salesperson I should contact over there?

It's takes 4 to 5 months depending on the dealer allocation when you place order. Mine took 6 months, but once the order got picked up it took 4 months once I got the vin. I was price protected on the day I placed the order which is what I cared about more then how long it took.

Check out on the main form under General there is a spreadsheet that shows a crowdsourced view of peoples orders on this forum. I've had mine one order since mid-January. I'm still in D status so likely will not see it until mid-summer now.
I'm also sure you are aware but the Ram site has a search option that you can see all the PW in stock or in transit for a given distance. For 2 months before I ordered there were no PWs within a day's drive but I'm starting to see them pop up again. However, I do notice most pop up and are gone within a day.
The aftermarket is pretty big for the 2500 platform but nothing like Jeeps. Stuff is also a big more expensive but its all HD so that makes sense. Also we are taking about much much heavier and bigger engines so while things like regearing are discussed it isn't like the Jeep world. But the weight is something I thought about but didn't really think about. My trails 10 months of the year are muddy or snowy so I'm going to have a big learning curve driving something so heavy offroad.
I'm still keeping my LJ Rubicon so it will be my main trail rig but the PW is going to be more of a family adventure rig, daily driver and maybe overlander as the kids get a bit older.

Granger in Iowa is also good. Got my order for 9.5% under MSRP. Don't know which dealer is closer to you.
