Looking for camera for tailgate

I'm looking to see if I can find a reasonable price camera for the tailgate. I opened my tailgate with my remote that was in my pocket and it opened directly on the. Camera lense and scratched it pretty good. Let me know. Thanks.

ok I don't have a p/n for mine. It's only the back up camera on the tailgate handle. That's my only camera. I don't know how to look up my part number.

I had to pull the camera and read the p/n from the physical unit.

Ok that makes since I guess you just pull the panel off from inside the tailgate and can get to it from there

Yeah that and then remove the 2 10mm nuts from there. Once that is done, from the outside of the tailgate, use a plastic pry tool (things you'd use on interior pieces) on a couple of tabs up at the top about 1"- 2" in from each side. Gently pry away from you (towards the cab) and you will see the tension release. Then pull up to get the bottom edge out of the slot. 3 plugs...camera, tailgate latch, and light. Then to get to the camera you will need a Torx (25 I think) to remove the hold-down bracket for the camera. It will then just fall out. Mind the orientation or just take a couple of camera pics for reference going back.
