I've only found 2 issues with mine that bug me a little.
Nick in the paint on the edge of the hood that you can only see when sitting in the drivers seat.
Touch up paint spot on the fuel filler door that isnt that bad.
Bed alingment on mine is about perfect.

It may not be the bed that’s off. My cab was actually the misaligned part. Me and my boys scooted it over an inch and now it perfect. It’s no excuse, but like you I don’t have a lot of confidence in the dealer. I’ve gone through a jeep SRT buyback and it was agony watching them tear my new jeep apart. I didn’t even want it back. I’m really sorry you have to go through all this on your expensive truck. It’s really pretty poor. I don’t think RAM is the only manufacturer that lets these things go. They know some people will just never notice.

yes i think you are right, probably a little of both will need to be re aligned to make it right. I have never had such problems like this honestly, ever. In the last 5 years we have had 5 new vehicles too. Never an issue yet like this from factory.

Known issues doesn’t make them ok issues. This isn’t my first new truck. About tenth. Never have a I received such poor quality
How many other new vehicles have you purchased that have been built during this endemic? Were each of them perfect?

I know in my circle of acquaintances of three new vehicles delivered in the last 3 months with similar quality issues (BMW x5, Maserati Levante and GMC 3500 Denali). Granted, all of those folks aren't completely satisfied either, but they too were expecting higher quality based on history, not current times.

I get it that you're upset with things, but a thorough walkthrough at the time of delivery should have caught nearly all of the issues listed above. Since that didn't take place, 100% of the blame isn't on FCA/Stellantis.
