I took the oring off. Still fits snug but operates nicely.

I took the oring off. Still fits snug but operates nicely.

That was one of the first things I tried. Didn't make much of a difference, unfortunately. Once I milled the piece down a bit, all is ok with the oring.

Btw, it takes a bit to get that booger back in there.

Fwiw this is my 2nd one. I lost my first one (left it on the bed rail after fueling up.) first one fit great, they must of changed the design a tiny bit maybe this run the manufacturer machine was off a C.H..?

I installed a locking flush mount fuel door. Secures fuel and DEF tanks

Apparently everyone’s buying one now. They’re on back order till end of May. Has anyone found and tried a different brand?
