Locking Bed Extender?

Looking for a tailgate extender while I'm hauling motorcycles. Big downside to leaving tailgate down on all of my trucks is the ease of stealing a tailgate - takes less than 15 seconds. Anyone aware of a tailgate extender that when flipped out latches into the tailgate latches? Would essentially allow locking the bed extender into the tailgate latches, preventing tailgate and extender theft. Thx

I have never seen one like that but it would be easy to make.

What about putting a putting a hose clamp around the cup on the passenger side where the notch is to remove the tailgate. Maybe angle it down so you have to take the clamp loose with the tailgate up. Not fool proof but would make it difficult to get the tailgate off. All a lock does anyways is keep an honest man honest. If a thief really wants it no lock will stop them.
