So, I think my trim piece on my rear passenger door came loose and the tolerances are so tight that it started catching and pushing in the front door, damaging it and eventually not letting the passenger rear door open without getting caught. I thought I had a hit-and-run on my hands, but I’m believing that is not the case after I’ve had it fixed. The tolerances are like barely a fingernail width between the passenger door when it opens and the front passenger door. The dealer says this is normal, even though there’s more room on the driver side, although not by much. Was wondering if anybody else was having this issue? I noticed on some older models the trim is flat on the front couple of inches, I assume to make more room to miss the front door when it is closed.
