2021 SRW 3500 Hemi. Forgive me if this has been discussed, can't locate any info.
While washing my truck, whenever I spray water around the side mirrors, the marker lights and headlights will come on. Not sure if the doors are locking or unlocking while this happens, but I am wondering what's going on?
What is the water hitting to make this happen?

Disregard, I misread this as Lights came on when using the windshield wipers/washing windshield.

Lights come on with wipers. Safety feature so they automatically come on if it’s raining/snowing, but not dark enough to trigger the light sensor otherwise. I think it can be disabled on the radio settings page.

Water is causing the door handles to unlock which will turn on the lights, pretty common. (assuming you have the keyless entry?)

.

I believe it's a setting you can change in the Uconbect. Probably default set to come on with the wipers.
Some states, it's an obscure law that says the lights have to be on when the wipers are on.

Yep, water activating keyless entry. I simply take the key fob out of my pocket and set the down about 10 feet away (next to my beverage of choice) on the rare occasions i wash my truck.

I’m assuming you have the passive entry, mine does it every time I get near the front doors with the power washer and have the keys in my pocket. The sensors can’t tell if it’s your hand, water, or some other object activating the sensors.

Ah ha! Yes, passive entry. Makes sense and thanks!

I have yet to own a car with keyless entry that does not do this. Doesn’t matter what brand, physics does not discriminate. It is caused by capacitance issue between your body and the fob/car and water being a conductor. The dilemma is that if manufacturers designed the key fobs to not do this then the system itself would not work under normal conditions.
