I wasn't aware of it either until I kept seeing "moose mode" mentioned on here.

Crazy! lol I had no idea. I honestly might keep them flipped up just because the visibility is better.
Yep! I'm in the same boat. I've had difficulties getting the mirrors adjusted "just right" with them down, but can see back SO much better with them up. Up it is, for me!

Well I guess shes an official Baja truck now. Got a few battle scars on the trip. I'll see how bad they really are after shes washed and cleaned up.

It means you use it! I feel the pain of seeing the pinstripes, but I console myself by saying that I'm saving money by NOT getting them too cleaned up just to go by trees and bushes again.

Badges of honor.
Had to use 4WD to get out of the spot as 2WD was pushing and the front end was sliding sideways down the cliff and into the brush.
1 year and 3 months. First scratch and it happened while doing what I love.
