Let’s see your wagons with 35 and 37’s

Any suspension mods or trimming reqired to fit these with 37's?
I have not done any so far. One reason I went with the KO2's is they are smaller in terms of the 37's out there. I have gone out to a couple trails and have not had any rubbing that I noticed. My plan was if there was rubbing and it was serious I'd move to a Thuren kit.

Good to hear as I'm thinking of purchasing a set of Katlas and want to run 37's with them. Thanks and that's a nice looking wagon you have there!
 
Wanting to see some Wagons 18+ preferably with 35’s and 37’s on stock or levelled suspension.

??? looked into putting bigger wheels on my power wagon BUT: What to do with the spare? 35's or bigger will not fit in the stock location
and you can't force it without interfering with the suspension. Guess you could carry the spare in the bed, but that's not a solution for me. I'm
sticking with the 33's. Settled on Coopers.

Not true plenty of us run 35’s in the spare location without interfering with the suspension. I run toyo RT 35x12.5-17 which tend to run on the larger side compared to some. I think the problem is some people don't actually pop them up all the way. no part of the tire protrudes further than the heat shield and the track bar does not contact that during full cycle so no possible way for it to hit the tire if that makes sense. I have had mine in Moab and cycled the suspension fully plenty of times and there is no interference. Not sure which coopers you are going to run but I have run plenty of coopers and they normally are a bit smaller than Toyos for any indicated size.

35” spare fits in the stock location, many people have done it... but it’s a squeeze.
I added a bit of clearance to the heat shield with a hammer, and then found it helpful to air the tire down and reinflate once hoisted and in position. Still took a bit of kicking and adjusting to get it to fit.

But Knowing that a 37 won’t fit there is why I will likely never put 37s on this truck so long as it’s also a daily driver and used for hauling stuff. Not willing to sacrifice bed space to put a spare back there and I don’t like swing out tire carriers.

I'm another one who has a 35 in the spare location. I actually cut the front part of the shield off so it was easier to get the tire in. Running BFG KO2's on the stock 17" rim. Fits just fine.
 
I'm interested as well in the front light bar as to who makes it or some better pictures of how it mounts. Been trying to figure out how to mount a front light bar on mine. Probably build one, just like to see how others are done.

Took a look but couldn't see much of the mounting, or find a install instruction sheet. Did they provide one with the kit? Or do you have any pictures of the mounting to the frame and the brackets? Thanks.

Edit: Fishnerd posted the video before I could finish typing....

There is a guy on youtube that mounted one to his power wagon. Said the instructions sucked and he had a heck of a time mounting it. Finally called the company and they gave him some tips. I'll try and find the video.

Thanks for the inputs. I'll check the video at home tonight. Damn work computer doesn't like youtube so I cant see it.

But I may have seen it before. Remember seeing a video of a install once and they mentioned that it wasn't as easy as the manufacture said it was.
 
looks like a tradesman with power wagon option...I almost went with that one but liked the interior better but not sure it was worth the extra $5000. The tradesman was $45K vs $50K OTD for the PW. Plus the Tradesman has a much nicer grill in my opinion.
