Led High Beam Install

Hi All..was able to get my mitts in to get low beams (H11) installed..but is it me..or are the 9005 Highs a pain in knuckles to install....shy of removing the headlight...anybody got a tip or trick? Tool they used?

Unfortunately it is just a lesson in patience. I agree its extremely tight and difficult, if you have large hands theres a chance you flat out won't be able to do it. Getting the rubber cover back on the light was a PITA too.

Bring a beer or two, keep trying.

I think its the size of led housing...oem halogen seem too be easier to grip....

Unplugging the wiring that goes to the headlight seemed to help me get a better angle to get my hand in there. Also removing the airbox on the pass side makes it a lot easier.
