Not sure if this belongs in “interior “ or “exterior”… purchased a ‘21 Ram 2500 Limited mega cab last year and to be honest, for the money paid, I’m not as impressed as I feel I should be for spending the money. Anyway, to the reason I’m here…found this forum while researching the issue. Recently I noticed water dripping from the rear corners of the sunroof after heavy rains. Not water pouring into the cab, but a steady drip. It seems to be coming in from the outside edge of the rear corner of the sunroof on both side of the truck. Is this normal? I had read elsewhere ppl saying that some water intrusion is normal at a sunroof? To be honest, I didn’t want a sunroof…but the truck had it.
Took it to the local dealer (not where purchased). They “adjusted it” saying that the front of the sunroof was “too low”…it now leaks worse lol. They want me to leave the truck with them in about a month so they can look at it.
If I take it to the car wash or spray the roof at home with a water hose, I can replicate the water leak issue at will. It’s a steady drip..is this actually normal? This is my 4th Ram truck in the last 20 years and I’m more unhappy with this truck than any of the half ton’s preceding it.
