Did you read the complaints? They are typical “can’t please everybody” complaints. The one lady sounded like her car was 20 yrs old! Read the Google reviews as well. More good than bad. There’s only 5 or 6 reviews out of probably 10,000’s of policies they probably sold. That’s the problem, when you have a bad experience, you’re 10 times as likely to write a review, but if you have a good one, you’re under impression it’s working and no need to write a review. I’m not endorsing LDS at all, I have no experience with them. I’m just saying you can’t base the company off of a couple of bad reviews. Now, if there were 100’s of bad reviews, I’d stay away. But, especially hearing first hand review from someone on the service side of industry, I bet they’re a good company. Warranty work is never easy. Hard to please everyone!!
