Kryptonite steering upgrade

Hi! I have an 04 2500 long bed I put on a 3.5 wicked block kit in the front and equivalent kit in the rear still maintaining some rake for towing. My question is, with my tire and lift set up (tires are 37x12.5r20) I want to put a kryptonite Death Grip steering upgrade kit that also uses their Dual Steering Stabilizer kit with the fox 2.0 that is offered with it. In the description of the stabilizer kit it says “Maximum backspacing to exceed 11.8"/285 wide tires is 5.5"
I don’t know what this means and everything I find online doesn’t make sense. Can someone please answer if I can run this kit with my lift and tire set up? Asking before I blow 3k. Thanks in advance!

Backspacing is a wheel measurement which you did not provide in your post. What wheel specs are you running?
