Recently picked up this 2025 2500 Bighorn gasser. With 300 miles on the truck, I went to Discount Tire and got these KO3's put on. I asked for military, and the Discount Tire card discount (5% for each) and was told no by one guy and yes by another. After all said and done, I got both. Afterwards I sold the ****ty Firestone Transforce HT tires on Market Place for $300. Might have been able to get a few buck more for them, but they're no longer my problem.
I live in Eastern WA where we generally get a good bit on snow and have had great luck with the KO2's in the past. Hopefully these fare as well.

Looks good! Did you go with the same size tire or bigger? Wondering if 35's can fit on the factory rims with no rubbing. Haven't seen what the offset is for this particular rim, but I have an identical looking 26 Bighorn arriving this week.

Thanks. They are stock size.

I just had a set of KO3 - 285/60/20s installed on my ram 2500 4x4 - ive had cooper at3, and most recently a set of (very loud) duratracs) not a ton of miles on these yet , maybe 600 - BUT these things are silent and smooth - I have another truck to do the farm stuff with mud tires so I wanted a more street able, but able to handle dirt and gravel etc- debated on a lot of tires, took a chance on these newly updated ko3s and so far so good, we will see how they hold up

What he said.

I’ve had a set of KO3’s for about 48,000 miles. So far no problems with them in the rain or dry roads. I don’t get snow where I live. They have gotten noisier now than when they were new. I’ll be replacing them soon.

Are they noisy enough to make it loud in the car with the windows up?

They are a little bit noisy but I failed to rotate them at the correct interval once and they got sort of choppy tread on them now and I can’t seem to get them to even back out completely even after several more rotations but I will say they aren’t as load as some all terrains I have had years ago. I would buy another set but right now I’m can’t afford them, so I’m looking at something cheaper and will probably go with just a highway tread since my truck rarely sees anything else. I failed to mention mine are worn out but they have 58k miles on them.

So I have had more BFG tires than I can count on my trucks and my wife's trucks. I know how they will handle a variety of terrains. I tried a motto tire and could not take them of fast enough. 4000 miles. Then went back to a KO2 3s were not available. I am looking for my next set of tires and can anyone tell me if the KO3s are round? The the 2s I have now are now round and the 2s on my wife's Toyota are not round. Had a few sets on my old 97 2500 that were not round.

Are the KO3s round?

I haven’t noticed my KO3’s being out of round.

I also have KO3's and the tire shop didn't mention anything about them being tough to balance, and it was ready when they said it would be (mine are 315/70R17's). They bounce just a little from 44-47mph or so, but I suspect that's a mild balancing issue - and the rest of the time they're extremely smooth and EXTREMELY quiet. Cost me a lot, but worth it for me to decrease the cabin noise.

Have had the KO3s for over a year now and just under 10k miles. They are wearing terribly which I think is due to the Utah heat and I've got one that isn't round and has developed a bad vibration. Tire shop has tried numerous times to balance, will need to warranty them. I wont buy another set

Obviously your money/your choice, but I recall lots of stories of issues with the early run KO3's - wheel balancing beads having to be used frequently for tires that couldn't be balanced any other way. Since KO3's were only announced in May of 2024, you definitely have an early run version, so it may be you just got a bit unlucky. Not saying to buy them again - to each their own of course - just saying you're not the only one. If they warranty them for 4 new ones, your newer manufactured ones may balance and wear better.

I will certainly keep tabs on mine. I only need an oil change per year or so (roughly), so I'll couple that with a tire rotation and alignment check. I got 40k+ out of a set of KO2's I had on my '12 Nissan Titan (they were starting to get squirrelly in the winter), and I'm hoping for around that with these too.

The KO3 is one of the tires on my shopping list. Today a guy that is going to do some rock work for us has a worn set of KO3 on his GM 25/3500 SRW and he said he had 55k miles on them.

I took a picture of one of them (he getting new tires next week).
