Knife in your pocket today?

funny I found this Gerber about 10 years ago while in the middle of no where. was taking a leak and looked down and it was laying there. Mostly use it to dig up dandilions but it has stayed sharp.View attachment 29577

Love all my Gerber knives.

Couple 06 Auto's
LMF II
Many lesser el cheapo Gerbers

But my favorite is the Gerber Freeman Guide I carry in my game pack to process game. I can break down a deer or Elk with a single sharpening if I limit the hide/hair it hits.

I chuckled when I first saw this post as I was sitting in my truck getting ready to leave work I had to think for a moment how many knives I could put my hands on right that second without getting out or moving. One pocket knife which is great for draining blood out from underneath my thumbnail (just heat and pierce), a toad fish fillet knife, and a harbor freight razor sharp Bowie knife. Not necessarily carrying this today, but i happened to be fidgeting around with my latest purchase when i came across this thread. Arcane Design Necronaut.

I got busted (sort of) with my Benchmade auto in Hawaii.

I was opening boxes and thought I was being discreet, but the IT gal saw me close it once. She says, "I used to date a LEO and those are illegal here so keep it concealed in public."

That trip did cost me a new (refurb) phone... Don't ask.

Picked this up a few weeks back, Gerber Dime. Has been my new go to.

I've been using my shieldon knives. I like this knife. It swings open majestically. The blade is a great slicer. It's fairly small, around a 2" blade, which is really my ideal. These knives typically feature a lock-back mechanism that ensures the blade stays securely in place when open, as well as ergonomic handles for comfortable and safe use. The blades are made from high-quality steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion, and they are sharpened to a razor-sharp edge for optimal cutting performance.
