Is there a way to adjust the front bumper side to side?

I have attached 2 pics of my bumper. It is, in my opinion, badly aligned. I need to move it towards the passenger side. As you can see, on the drivers side the fender flare the bumper sort of line up, but on the passenger side the bumper is way more inward (to the right).

Is there any way to adjust this? I only know of the (4) 18mm bolts that can be removed to take off the bumper, and loosening those doesnt seem like it would allow side to side adjustment.

I guess I would loosen up all the bolts and see if it will slide over a smidge.
 
After removing mine I don’t think those bolts are going to do anything for you. The bumper slides onto the frame rails that you see circled in the photos below. There isn’t much movement there, especially side to side. My guess is that the brackets that are on the bumper have some adjustment using the bolts I circled with the smaller circles and likely some towards the bottom but I didn’t look at them closely when I had it apart to know for sure.

Any chance it got bumped into in a parking lot by another vehicle? May have to look close for a scuff. Coulda happened pre-delivery and they buffed it out....
 
My truck has the same thing going on with the front bumper on the same side and it was like that since day one. I would take a pic but my truck is 30 miles away parked so if this thread is still going when I can take a pic I will.
I was going to take it to the dealer to fix it back in Sept. 2021 but was thinking of all the hassles and got lazy.
It took me a long time NOT to see it everytime I looked at it.
 
I know there is some adjustment on the rear bumper side to side as I had to replace mine and adjusted it to center.
So I would assume its the same for the front.

Do you know if those smaller bolts are able to be adjusted while the bumper is still on the truck? Just looking at your pic, it doesnt look like there is much adjustment there, but I bet they could be bored out a little bit larger. I only need 1/4" probably. This being off as well as the bed being more towards the passenger side drive me crazy, but I am sure moving the bed over is much more complicated.

Yes they can be loosened but it is a PITA!
 
I am not sure if it is the same but I replaced the bumper on my 2014 and there was a significant amount of side to side adjustabilit.
 
@mountainears you don't happen to have any more pics of the removed bumper do you? I got under the truck today again to see what I could figure out, which was basically nothing. I am tempted to remove the bumper altogether and then try to see what can be adjusted that way, so I am not using a flashlight and probably missing things.
 
Unfortunately no. I did have to adjust mine a little after the install. Adjusted the gap as you can see in the pics. That was some just by loosening the bolts on the bottoms that secure the bumper to the frame. For side to side I think you’re going to have to go after that other point I circled and it may be “easier” to pull
