Intermittent starting issues

Hey All,
Sorry that my first post is looking for tech help instead of contributing but I've got an issue that I can't figure out. The dealers around me are backed up like crazy so I was hoping to fix it on my own. I have a 2022 3500 DRW and I'm having a very strange starting issue that began over the weekend. When I get in and press the brake and then the start button, the dash goes through its normal process and then I just get a single click and nothing else happens. Starter button ring still says run but truck doesn't start. Then, if I wait 30-60 seconds without doing anything, the truck magically starts (didn't press anything additional). Sometimes when I open the door during that process it starts, sometimes not. Other times, it starts 100% fine like normal. Most starting issues come when the truck is cold and I've noticed I'm not seeing the diesel pre-heat screen anymore in the mornings. I did also have a random "Uconnect Battery Box Low" Message pop up on the screen yesterday.

Batteries both read 12+ volts depending on when I test them and I changed the batteries in my key fobs as well but I don't know what to test next. Anyone seen anything like this before?

Thanks,
John

Not sure what exactly the problem was but it's gone now. Wanted to record for posterity. The only major thing I did after some research was turn on Software Updates over Wi-fi in the Uconnect settings. After I did that (didn't drive the truck for a few hours after I turned it on) the problem was gone and hasn't been back for a week so maybe some kind of software update fixed it. Who knows.

I got the 'Battery of UConnect Box Requires Service' msg a month ago. Went to the dealer and they forced a software upgrade and also installed the Z20 recall update. I have no idea what that service warning referenced and neither did the service dept. Here are a couple links I found for your error.
Also, I've attached a TSB that may be helpful for you.

Just got the 'Battery of Uconnect Box requires service. SOS call and related functions may be unavailable. Please visit an authorized dealer' message.
Truck is 12 days old and has a little over 1400 miles on it. Drive it daily. Had just driven it roughly 20 miles, tried the uconnect voice commands at a red light, parked for 5 minutes to run into the house and drop my kid off, and then headed back to work. Upon start up at the house the message came on. Guess I'm heading to the dealer so they note it.

2022 Ram 3500 DRW 6.7....Same starting issue...Truck was towed to dealer today. Told there is a battery issue? Will keep advised. Did exactly what was posted by Goathearder......
