Non-telescopic, non-motorized, non-memory steering wheel is the number one thing I miss in my new PW. I can live with it but it's ludicrous in 2020 not to have it available at least on the upper level trims.

My driver's seat in my limited. 16k miles and this all happened awhile ago.

Woa, I paid dearly for my Limited and couldn't imagine having to deal with this.

My truck is going in on Monday. They are replacing the worn seat, steering wheel and dash to fix the original bubble. Fingers crossed. Kind of nervous about them removing the dash.

Did they easily agree to replace the seat? I feel like FCA might fight you on that one.

Yes. But still. Have had many trucks since I have been married. Just broke 11000 miles. Am I crazy or should this wear like this in a short amount of time?

Can anyone who had the seat cover replaced comment on how much tighter the new material is, and how it's wearing compared to the original?

They authorized replacement of mine. I’ll know in a few weeks. I’m guessing it’ll just happen again. The 1500 Limited seats with the proper stitch pattern look more durable.

Finally had time to drop my truck at the dealership last Friday. Picked it up today and the dashboard and steering wheel look great. Both brand new. No rattles on the way home! I do have a history with the tech and I believe he took care of me.

They did not replace the seat bucket. Still looks horrible.

Has anyone gotten their seat replaced?

Digging this up because my 2023 3500 has same issue, but rear seat where my son has sat maybe 10 times! What is going on Ram? I paid 100k for this? What is my recourse? Just replacing cushion is not going to solve inferior material that stretches.
