Interior Lighting

So, my 2018 Laramie had illumination behind the door handles on the inside and I think there was illumination on the door cup holders as well as a light beaming down on to the center console from the ceiling. My 2019 Limited has none of that or do my interior lights dont work?

Off the top of my head, I don't recall, but there is a separate dimmer switch (next to the dimmer switch) for the courtesy lights...

In my truck that second dimmer switch only seems to operate a tiny LED that shines down onto the center console. I guess it's a map reading light

Howdy,
There are two roll knobs on your left dash of the steering wheel. In a dark night, roll both knobs up. You will then see the interior trim lighting. The left roll knob does the interior lighting. The right roll knob is for your instrument cluster.

If your instrument cluster knob is all the way up where the instrument cluster is at full brightness, ambient lighting will not turn on. if you dim your instrument cluster and move the ambient lighting all the way up you will see the light. In Laramie and upper models its in foot wells, all 4 door handles and map pockets.

There is a ton of ambient lighting in the Limited. Even my Laramie Level 2 is LIT UP! One dimmer is for the instrument cluster and the center stack screen. The left scroll dimmer is for the ambient lights. They are in the doors and the dash lights up with a line around the entire thing. If I remember I will take a pic tonight and post here. Thanks.

After 2 weeks of accessorizing (and more to go-will show additions in other thread of PW), I finally had an opportunity to have a chance to test out the dimmer switches and check out the night environment.

YES! Plenty of ambient lighting in the PW-75. Just like the RAM 2500 Longhorn, I’ve departed from.
