Induction Injection service

Hello everyone
I’ve been seeing videos of a “ Induction Injection service “ that claims it cleans out the EGR , EGR cooler , injectors and the rest of the emissions system without removing any of the components from the vehicle, basically it’s a machine that is hooked up to the truck and then runs a cleaning solution through the emissions system with the engine running. I have a 2023 Ram 6.7 Cummins engine and was wondering if there is such a thing. Some dealerships claim they had the service but no longer offer it.
TIA

Here is one of the videos, there are a few more on YouTube but I did not save them.

IMO its a waste of $$ on newer trucks as they use a lot less EGR compared to the older trucks, if your worried go hook up to a loaded trailer, add some quality fuel system cleaner to the tank and drive it for a few hours non stop...

Ugggh “master tech lol”. That guy…. As far as the injector cleaner goes it’s a waste imho. The egr is a big problem with these trucks, esp the buildup in the intake plenum. Does that portion work? I can’t say. Never had it done nor will I need to.

I’ll preface this by saying I know nothing about the process, but that looks like a snake oil sale to me.
Something you "could" do which would help reduce build up in the grid heater is a banks ram air intake. It'll also get rid of the grid heater bolt failure. I know this doesn't answer all the problems you're addressing, but short of a "weight deduction" it's a start.

I worked for a local transit agency that tried a system similar to that, it used a solution that was injected into the intake stream while the engine was off, and then running to clean the intake tract and egr system, it worked well at removing soot from the system, but imo it just pushed all of the soot down to the dpf where then you would have to do one or two regens to clean it out, our procedure was just to swap out a cleaned dpf after the intake cleaning. They didn't end up going with this system because some of the techs were getting sick from the exhaust fumes when the solution was being injected.

This is the system they tried
