Hvac front defrost issue.

1st time here. I have a 2023 ram 1500. 12 stack. Hvac will be set to front defrost only. But floor vent is also blowing. I watch the servo motor operate and it sets the floor vent partially open. Seems that a guy could program the servo parameter to fully close when set to front defrost. Any ideas. I've taken the unit to a dealer and checked other units and they all behave the same.
