At least you are getting better service than my son is with his 26’ Jeep Wrangler. It has something squealing on the belt drive on the front of the engine and can’t even get a callback to get an appointment to get it looked at.
I also got a lot of help (not) with a warranty request for a bad door hinge. “Hinge looks abused” was corporate’s excuse after seeing a cellphone picture of the hinge but their technician (several) said the hinge was bad. No help from dealer or RamCares.
