Hum from rear axle

At least you are getting better service than my son is with his 26’ Jeep Wrangler. It has something squealing on the belt drive on the front of the engine and can’t even get a callback to get an appointment to get it looked at.
I also got a lot of help (not) with a warranty request for a bad door hinge. “Hinge looks abused” was corporate’s excuse after seeing a cellphone picture of the hinge but their technician (several) said the hinge was bad. No help from dealer or RamCares.

I forgot to mention that after the warranty denial, an entry was made on the CarFax report that the vehicle had been reconditioned which I suspect was done by the dealer but it just says Service Facility. Have CarFax working on getting the name for the entry.
