I would get a personal locator beacon instead. cheaper to buy, no subscription, much sturdier and works pretty much world wide.
Looking....will have her look.

Some of the new fancy ones will even let you send a text though I dont regard that as an must have feature.Looking....will have her look.

Its an essential piece of kit for the backcountry for me for sure.
I don’t think that’s what they meant when they said “women and children first”and our jokes about eating her.
No way I'm eating my duckdog, so...I don’t think that’s what they meant when they said “women and children first”
Okay. I've got the bumper installed. You're right - the park sense harness is too short. I'll have to get a longer harness. The gap between the bumper and wheel well is exactly 1". In the front where it meets the first gap in the grill, it is exactly 1 1/8" on both sides. I think it looks fine. The intercooler guard fits fine but I'm having to remove the wiring harness to install it. The intercooler guard has holes for the harness to go through. The instructions are out of order - the guard needs to be installed before the wiring harness.I just installed this on my '22 3500. If you have ParkSense, you will need to extend the front two sensors by at least 6" otherwise your harness will not have clearance for the winch. I guess for the '22's RAM shortened the parksense harness. Also, the 2 front sensors are very sensitive to how it sits in the bumper sensor holes. The slightest misalignment will cause the sensors to constantly alert you. I also couldn't use the supplied metal intercooler shroud without significant modification of it. I just re-used the factory rubber one. I'm curious of how the intercooler guard you purchased. Please show some pictures when you get that installed. And let us know how much of a gap you have between the bumper and the body/grill. It seems for the 22's its much more than previous years. I wish AEV made a seal to cover the bumper gap. Another tip, keep everything 'snug' bolt wise for adjustment. There are so many bolts on this bumper its hard to keep track of. Use a metal marker and mark each bolt as you start to torque everything down after you have the alignment set. That center section is going to be fun with the winch inside.
The tow hook plastic bezels is just to cover the manufacturing gaps between the corners and center section and the gaps when the bull-bar gets bolted down. You'll see when you get it together.View attachment 35058View attachment 35059
Yeah if I paid that much for a bumper I expect perfection...Here's a photo.

Something like a construction adhesive maybe? So, I'm currently installing my AEV bumper and have seen the complaints about the gap under the headlights. Since my OEM bumper was ruined in a wreck (I ate a KIA in Jan), I removed the upper bumper seal from the bumper and am attempting to attach it to the AEV end pieces. Will need some heat persuasion and trimming, but I think I can get it to work. I can attach some of the trim with screws from the back side wher it can’t be seen, but other spots will require glue or some other compound to attach it unless I tastefully use screws. Anyone recommend a good glue that will hold the plastic to metal?

JPNHigh - That is SOOO gorgeous. Mind sharing what finish you used on the bumper? Straight color match paint?? I was thinking about something similar to tone down all the black on my truck. I have the same color truck as well. Great lookingHere mine. I too don’t like the gap a headlights but don’t have a fix. The gap looks greater when white due to the contrast. I just took it to a friend's body shop. They sanded, primed and single staged the factory white PW7. One major item that I did not know about till I was going to install the corner guards were the three holes for the brush guard. If I would have looked at the corner guards prior to and knew I was not going to install the brush guard down the road I would have had him fill in the holes. Most likely will take these off and have him fill and repaint. From a profile the white continues with the fender flares and looks factory. Very happy with the look.JPNHigh - That is SOOO gorgeous.
