When I press the horn button on my 2021 Longhorn, the sound is laughable. It is so tiny and squeaky, makes me think I'm driving a go kart. I know some have put in train horns which is too much, but has anyone found something that could at least scare a mosquito away because my horn wouldn't.

I put a "small" set of train horns in, and tied it to the factory horn. we'll worth it.

I had a truck airhorn (not a train horn. I drive a truck, not a train, so why would I want to sound like a train?) on my last 2500, and I'll likely do the same on this one. I really only use it when towing a large load, and it wasn't tied to the regular horn.

I can't stand how funny my horn is. I would like it to sound like this
but without installing air compressor.

I'd have done the same if it was possible to get the same dB level without a compressor.

I like that. it's got an emergency vehicle sound to it.

Precisely my thinking. Something different that may draw attention accordingly.

Not to mention, I don't want to be confused for the 3 or 4 jackholes around here who constantly drive around blasting their air horns at random kids, dog walkers, joggers, etc.

I too thought the factory Barbie horn was silly. So I bought a Big Bad Max 619 air horn, and installation is next. I believe the factory horn is installed on the drivers side near the battery, could anyone else who replaced Barbie IMG_0367.jpeglet me know specifically where the OEM one is relative to my drivers side battery?

Factory horn is behind the inner wheel well. Not a quick / easy access, but not horrible.

Oh yeah, went from Barbie to the Hulk! It isn't crazy loud, some forum members have installed train horns, but it gets people's attention. As for the install, I was leaving for an extended trip and ran out of time so I had my local mechanic do it - a very easy install.
