no matter what i select on the screen, when locking or unlocking my 2020 ram 3500 with fob the horn honks, no matter if set off, 1st,or2nd click- anybody experiance this ?

horn honk locking/unlocking

Suppose to only honk when locking, but yeah, setting it to off or the other options is suppose to disable the horn honk.
Edit: I just set mine to the 1st click setting, turned off and locked it and it honked. Set it back to off, turned off and locked it and no honk. Maybe some other feature you have selected under doors and locks is not allowing it, but that shouldn't be the case. Maybe try selecting and unselecting different features. If that doesn't work I can share what features I have selected, but again, that shouldn't matter.

i tried combinations of lights flashing/not flashing with fob, it lets me choose no horn, but no matter what i choose it still honks locking or unlocking with fob. its a 3500 tradesman

it is a 2020, was on lot until a year ago(oct '21) i've only put 2,500 miles on it so far !
Gotcha. Unless someone else chimes in with a solution, I'd just take it in to the dealer when you can.
