Hitch pin issue

new 2022 2500 crew cab
Went to install my 2” hitch on my truck and the hitch pin is too long? I’ve had trucks for the last 35 years never had an issue. Just bend it? Cut it?
Do they make shorter ones?

Any pics? My 19 there is no way to have to long of a pin…

Yes they do come in different lengths. Take the pin with you to Walmart.

Thats what i said, i could put a 1ft pin and still have no issue. In not sure what the OP is talking about
