I’m new to the Dodge Ram heavy duty family. I’m buying my first one today (as long as me and the dealer come to terms lol). Anyhow, I’m looking for suggestions, dos and don’ts as a first time owner. It’s used, it’s a 2019 Ram 2500 with the 6.4 gas engine. We are buying it to pull a bumper pull camper. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have owned Chevy and GMC for most of my life. I have an f150 currently that I am looking to trade.

Pretty solid truck, do try to get the service history. That will tell you plenty. Heavier truck so keep that in mind when coming to a stop sign. My wife rolled on thru two stops signs, het first time driving mine. Out in the country so it was clear. Maybe a mechanic can scan the history code.
