Help getting SGW Code.

I think it was. Look at the bottom of the canbus terminal. One has a white base and one has a black base. On mine the white based one is closest to the firewall and the other one has the black base. The pink and green wires go to the white one and the blue and yellow goes in the one closest to the dash.

The connector colors were reversed on mine also.

My bypass cable is identical to yours. If you reverse them it will work. Be sure you have a good internet connection.

I did have internet and the cable in correctly this time
I can confirm that with the Autel KM100 and the cable in the right ports you can get the Pin for the truck and add the Fob
The only thing that doesnt work at the moment is the Remote Start (my truck didnt come with it but the Fob I purchased it has it and I confirmed the Hood Latch has a cable connection going to it but not sure if it is terminated at the end)

I can confirm that with the Autel KM100 and the cable in the right ports you can get the Pin for the truck and add the Fob
The only thing that doesnt work at the moment is the Remote Start (my truck didnt come with it but the Fob I purchased it has it and I confirmed the Hood Latch has a cable connection going to it but not sure if it is terminated at the end)

If it has the switch and the wires from it on the hood latch, it should be connected but might need to be enabled. You’ll need an OBD dongle and an app along with the bypass cable to program the Remote Start. I used the Vlinker MC+ and the JScan app. Really easy.

Thanks for the tip - Just purchased the Vlinker MC+ on Amazon - Once it arrives I will purchase the Jscan App as I have already downloaded it - May do the three License as my daughter has a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee that it looks like it will work on as well
