Hello all, I have been driving duramax with Allison transmission for 22 years. I Finally decided to get a new rig. My 1st ram. 2024 3500Hd limited with 8 ft bed. I absolutely love it, except for the cel light that just came on with 6k miles. Post later on that, lol. Excited to learn more about the truck. This transmission has definitely changed my driving habits.

I absolutely agree. It took me some time to get used the shifting. Changed my driving habits. The Allison seemed smoother to me.

I find myself shifting it a lot with the steering wheel controls. Hopefully a tune will soon solve that.
