Heated Side Mirrors

In the video at 2:52, when he reinstall the lower mirror he says "on the lower MOTOR here". I guess it works with powered OEM???

I cant say if it does or does not i would think it would as the glass attaches the same way im just going by what they say on the site for that part
 
Confirmed: they do NOT work with power lower mirror. They just email me the following:

"Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately we do not offer power lower glass for rams. Per your request we have cancelled your order."

Too bad... I really wanted them.
 
Bummer, hopefully they make a set that do work soon!

I had tow mirrors from Boost Auto Parts on my Chevy, they make high quality stuff and provide great detailed installation videos!
 
I asked as well and the reply is below... *IF* you want them to make one that works with the powered convex mirror, I strongly suggest emailing them.
I replied that there were several folks on this forum interested in heated mirror for our powered convex mirrors.

Yep. It's the same international symbol for rear window defrost, too. My BMW has the same button. The button is used for both the rear window and mirrors.

Check out Boost Auto Parts and then look for Dodge Tow Mirror glass, you will see them. Hated the convex not being heated.

I suggest you guys contact them to show your interest and be put on the list. That might help them put a rush to it.
 
They specified LOWER convex power mirror as not being compatible, mine are to the side, and powered. Wonder if that makes a difference.
 
If you have tow mirrors, they fold out.

Ah, I might not have tow mirrors. I'm going to have to go take a look now. Maybe I just learned something new about my truck.
